Founded in 2025 by co-founders Will Coit and Jeff Packer, we are passionate about delivering vibrant, flavorful, and healthy microgreens to farm-to-table restaurants, private chefs, juice bars, boutique grocery stores, and health-conscious consumers across the Atlanta Metropolitan area—and soon, the world.

Our Mission

At NZ Robinson Farms, our mission is simple: to provide the freshest, most sustainable microgreens to elevate your meals and nourish your body. We use innovative hydroponic systems housed in repurposed shipping containers, powered by AI-driven technology, to produce 15 varieties of microgreens— from broccoli and kale to radish and basil—year-round. Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and community drives everything we do.

Our Story

NZ Robinson is the grandfather of Jeff Packer. He was a dedicated farmer who invested his heart and soul into the land he cultivated. With years of experience, he became known for his exceptional skills in growing vegetables, which provided fresh and nutritious produce to the community. His commitment to sustainable farming practices set a high standard in the 1950’s and and was admired by many. The legacy of NZ Robinson continues to thrive as Jeff and Will honor his innovative techniques and dedication to quality. Today, we promote his values through our operations at NZ Robinson Farms, ensuring that fresh microgreens are available to customers who appreciate premium quality.
